该工程建筑面积9.7万平方米，由一馆（美术馆）、三中心（拍卖中心、影像艺术中心及公共教育中心）构成，定位为公益一类美术馆，是我国在建面积、品质的现代化美术馆。

南京美术馆新馆整体建筑呈不规则回字形平面;地下两层、地上四层，地下两层为框架结构，地上为钢筋混凝土筒体-钢桁架结构。结构为异形桁架，构件材料多为40~60mm板，箱型异形牛腿多，全为一级全熔透焊缝，需弯弧，构件加工难度较大，焊接工艺要求高，焊接量***，为***完成生产任务，鸿路人迎难而上，从工艺研究、质量把控、安全管理、精细生产等各方面精心组织、抢抓工期，按时按质完成项目建设。据悉，项目建成后将***中国建筑行业工程质量荣誉“鲁班奖”，预计将于2020年6月底竣工。
The overall structure of the new building of Nanjing Art Museum is an irregular rectangular-ambulatory-plane; two floors underground and four floors above ground, the two underground floors are frame structure, and the above ground is a reinforced concrete barrel-steel truss structure. The structure is a special-shaped truss, and the component materials are mostly 40 ~ 60mm plates. There are many special-shaped box brackets whose welds are all first-level full-penetration,requiring arc bending. The fabricating of components is difficult, the requirement of welding process is high, and the quantity of welding is extremely large .In order to ensure the completion of production task, our Honglu faced the difficulties, carefully organized and seized the time limit from various aspects such as process research, quality control, safety management, and fine manufacture,to completed the project on time and with quality.This project will compete for the "Luban Award", the highest honor for the quality of the construction industry in China, and it is expected to be completed by the end of June 2020.
